Professional Martial Arts Academy - Black Belt Extravaganza - November 2008 : Tim Barchard's Professional Martial Arts Academy hosted the Fall 2008 Black Belt Extravaganza at Pinkerton Academy's Stockbridge Theater http://www.stockbridgetheatre.com on Saturday November 1, 2008. With demo's from Tim Barchard's Dream Team and skits from various members of the academy it was an exciting afternoon. Schools in attendance were Tim Barchard's PMA Academy in Derry, NH and Shawn Pacheco's PMA Academy in Merrimack, NH. Over 40 Black Belts were promoted at this event. Special guests included local recording artist and 3rd Degree Black Belt Melissa Blasek (who sang the national anthem) and Grandmaster Dashi Bob Young from Eastern Dragon Karate in Belmont, NH.

Derry, NH - Welcome Home Gala Memorial Day Parade and Dedication of Nations First Memorial to honor the living veterans of the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq : The ceremony was choreographed and set to music, for a truly memorable experience. In attendance were members of the Monument Committee, the American Legion, the VFW, the Boy Scouts of America, Pinkerton Academy JROTC, and Derry's own "Band of Brothers". Governor John Lynch was the keynote speaker and presented an Executive Commendation to Derry Town Council Chairman, Rick Metts. State Sen. Bob Letourneau presented a Senate Proclamation. Professional Martial Arts Academy - Black Belt Extravaganza (Fall 2007) : Professional Martial Arts Academy Black Belt Extravaganza, November 24, 2007 held at Pinkerton Academy's Stockbridge Theater in Derry, NH. http://www.stockbridgetheatre.com/ Three schools make up the Professional Martial Arts Academy team: Tim Barchard's PMA Academy in Derry, NH; Mark Warner's PMA Academy in Ipswich, MA; and Shawn Pacheco's PMA Academy in Merrimack, NH. Over 45 Black Belts were promoted at this event. Special guests included local recording artist and 3rd Degree Black Belt Melissa Blasek, UFC and The Ultimate Fighter veteran Kenny "KenFlo" Florian, Kru Mark DellaGrotte from Sityodtong in Somerville, MA, and Grandmaster Dashi Bob Young from Eastern Dragon Karate in Belmont, NH.

Professional Martial Arts Kick-A-Thon, Save the Met : Save the Met campaign at Tim Barchard's Professional Martial Arts Academy, http://www.promaacademy.com/, in Derry, NH. Event is to raise money to save "The Children's Metamorphosis Museum" - http://www.childrensmet.org. The Met is an interactive children's museum serving Derry and surrounding communities in New Hampshire and Massachusetts a private, non-profit hands-on museum for all young children, their families, schools, and teachers.
